Where is my order?

Tracking your order has never been simpler and there is no need to contact us. All you need to do is log in to your account, select the order history, and find the 'tracking number' under the order summary box.

Alternatively, click the link (“View Your Order”Button) in your dispatch confirmation email to check the progress of your order.

Can I amend any part of my order?

We’re sorry, we cannot amend any part of your order (including the delivery address) or upgrade a standard delivery to Express once it has been submitted.

What Is The Currency Of The Prices?

While you can choose your local currency through the Currency Selector at the top of our website, all items are priced and charged in US dollars at checkout. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate. ChicScout is not responsible for any price differences determined by your bank.

How To Use The Coupon Code?

Discount Codes must be entered at the checkout page. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
NOTE: Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
