Jewellery from www.ChicScout.com is made of stainless steel, and 14K/18K gold PVD plated.

Stainless steel is a highly durable metal. Stainless steel is harder material than other base material of jewellery. It ranks 6 on the mineral hardness, and other metals like silver ranks at 2.5.

PVD coating technology is by far the best long-lasting colour retention technology on the market.

So our jewellery has the following features:

Waterproof:

You can wear them freely when you take a shower or wash your hands.

Allergy-free:

Friendly to your sensitive skin.

Tarnish resistant:

You will not see them getting rusty and green. The golden tone may turn slightly darker after wearing a long time, but it’ll not fade.

When not worn, all jewels better be protected in our Chic Scout pouch to prevent impacts and frictions. We will gift this pouch to you.

In addition, we work with good handcrafted workshop and made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our product, hence the 1 year coverage.

* The pearl products only offers one free replacement within six months.

Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. Warranty time from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or colour fading of the jewellery occurs. Just contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.

This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, jewellery breakages, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Chic Scout.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a return. We DO NOT accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Request a return/exchange within 14 days after you receive the order

Ship items back within 7 days after you receive the return confirmation email from us.

* The product is on sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured shipping method with a tracking number. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchanges

Once we receive your returned products, we will send the exchange items to you within 5 days if we have them in stock.

Refunds

The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 7 days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. We thank you for your patience!
