Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Although no customers have been taxed from our shipped parcel so far.
Tracking Your Order Status:
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. Through the email “view your order” button, you will redirect to ChicScout website. And be able to track your parcel status using the tracking number and tracking link provided.

Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a return. We DO NOT accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured shipping method with a tracking number. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 7 days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. We thank you for your patience!
Our jewelry is made by stainless steel, 925 sterling silver and 18K gold.
Stainless steel and 925 sterling silver material is a highly durable metal and friendly to some of you with sensitive skin. Stainless steel have tarnish-free and hypoallergenic features, that is why it lasts longer than brass and alloy.
In addition, we work with top handcrafted manufacturers and are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our product, hence the 1 year coverage.
When not worn, all jewelry better be protected in our ChicScout pouch to prevent impacts and frictions. (We will gift this pouch to you）
This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of ChicScout.
Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment. And it's possible to use our gift cards in combination with a credit/debit card or PayPal payment.
* Return Items Purchased with a Gift Card: If orders purchased with a gift card are returned, the refund is not applied to the original gift card, but instead a new e-gift card. This will be issued to the email address linked to the account used to make an online purchase.

CHICS COUT is unable to reissue Gift Cards that have been lost or stolen. All gift cards are not returnable or refundable, last for one year from purchase, and can be used in multiple transactions until the credit runs out.
