Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the event that any of our items do not meet your expectations, please return it in its original condition (unused, unwashed, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new) for a refund. We do not accept wrong size selection made by yourself. Please strictly follow the size chart to select the size. Do not select directly according to your habits. Size chart placed in each of product page's description box. 

Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We DO NOT accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. 

All return, credit, and requests should be made within 15 days of receipt of the order. We will not process any requests that fall beyond those 15 days. Any items that do not meet these guidelines will be returned to you. If a damaged or defective item is shipped to you, please notify us within 7 days from the day you receive your package.

We will send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow us 2 weeks from the date that we receive your return for the refund request to be processed. Delays may occur during new releases, holidays and sales. We thank you for your patience! 


If the product you receive is not as described or low quality, we promises that you may return it and receive a full refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Or, you can choose to keep the product and agree the refund amount directly with us.

If you do not receive your purchase within 60 days, you can ask for a full refund. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
